Det er overd\u00e5digt og dyrt, men smager alts\u00e5 fantastisk.<br \/><br \/>Vi laver den fra tid til anden som overgang mellem retter n\u00e5r det er det store arsenal der skal findes frem.<br \/><br \/>\/Dann<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>7 dl champagne<\/li><li>3 dl vand<\/li><li>200 g sukker<\/li><li>1 stk. \u00f8kologisk citron<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reng\u00f8r citronen<\/li><li>Pres saften ud af citronen (der skal helst v\u00e6re ca. 3 spsk citronsaft)<\/li><li>Riv skallen af citronen<\/li><li>Kom vand, citronsaft, citronskal og sukker op I en gryde<\/li><li>Kog det til det er helt opl\u00f8st<\/li><li>Lad lagen k\u00f8le af til k\u00f8leskabstemperatur<\/li><li>Bland nu lagen med champagnen og r\u00f8r godt rundt (det bruger meget over)<\/li><li>Kom det hele I en beholder<\/li><li>Kom beholderen I fryseren<\/li><li>Lad det fryse I ca. 24 timer<\/li><li>Graniteen er nu klar til at blive serveret ved at der kan rives noget af den med en gaffel<\/li><li>Velbekomme!<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Champagnegranite er en fantastisk opfrisker mellem retter eller en lille f\u00f8r dessert.
