Ogs\u00e5 ret perfekt til at lave en alternativ smag af vingummi til en anretning p\u00e5 en tallerken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredienserne kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6re lidt at k\u00f8be i et supermarked, men de er nemme at k\u00f8be p\u00e5 nettet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; gelatineblanding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>75 ml vand<\/li><li>50 g gelatine<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredienser &#8211; sukkermasse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50 ml vand<\/li><li>200 g sukker<\/li><li>250 g druesukker<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredienser &#8211; \u00f8vrigt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1,5 g citronsyre<\/li><li>4 ml hindb\u00e6raroma (erstattes af andre smage. Kan ogs\u00e5 erstattes af koncentreret saft, som gerne koges lidt ind for at f\u00e5 det mere koncentreret, end det er i flasken)<\/li><li>3 ml r\u00f8d slikfarve (erstattes af andre farver eller af farven fra saften, hvis det giver nok farve)<\/li><li>Olie<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Udstyr<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sukkertermometer (=termometer der kan klare h\u00f8je temperaturer)<\/li><li>Silikoneforme eller bradepande<\/li><li>V\u00e6gt til at m\u00e5le sm\u00e5 m\u00e6ngder med<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Til gelatineblandingen forberedes et vandbad<\/li><li>I sk\u00e5len i vandbadet kommes vandet<\/li><li>N\u00e5r vandet er t\u00e6t p\u00e5 at v\u00e6re kogende skrues der ned p\u00e5 mellemlav (3\/9) varme<\/li><li>Drys straks gelatinen i og r\u00f8r forsigtigt, men grundigt rundt<\/li><li>Lad gelatineblandingen st\u00e5 under j\u00e6vnlig omr\u00f8ring til den skal bruges<\/li><li>Varm det langsomt op mens der r\u00f8res i det <\/li><li>Til sukkermassen r\u00f8res vand, sukker og druesukker sammen i en gryde. Det hele skal v\u00e6re v\u00e5dt\/fugtig<\/li><li>Varm nu sukkermassen for h\u00f8j (8\/9) varme til det bliver 135 grader varmt.<\/li><li>Tag gryden af varmen og lad den k\u00f8le ned til 100 grader<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t citronsyre og gelatineblandingen<\/li><li>R\u00f8r rigtig godt rundt<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t nu smag og farve og r\u00f8r godt rundt<\/li><li>Fjern bobler i overfladen (de s\u00e6tter sig i vingummien)<\/li><li>V\u00e6lg om det er en bradepande eller silikoneforme, der skal bruges<\/li><li>Pensl formene med lidt olie (det er vigtigt, at det er meget lidt olie)<\/li><li>H\u00e6ld nu vingummimassen op i formene (bruges en bradepande, skal massen v\u00e6re ca. \u00bd cm i h\u00f8jden<\/li><li>Lad vingummierne t\u00f8rre ved stuetemperatur i en lille time<\/li><li>Hvis massen blev h\u00e6ndt i en bradepande, s\u00e5 er det nu tid til at sk\u00e6re\/klippe vingummmierne ud<\/li><li>Vingummierne er nu klar til servering<\/li><li>Velbekomme!<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vingummi med lige den form og smag, du gerne selv vil have.
