Vi spiser det ofte med kyllingebryst, der er krydret, stegt og sk\u00e5ret i skiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efter I flere \u00e5r at have lavet farvet pasta p\u00e5 forskellige m\u00e5der, var det f\u00f8rst da vi fik vores nye &#8220;power blender&#8221; at det blev muligt at lave pastaen helt gennemfarvet (uden &#8220;pletter&#8221;). Det kan sagtens laves i en normal blender eller med en stavblender, men det bliver lidt bedre med en &#8220;power blender&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rigtig god forn\u00f8jelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\/Dann<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>150 gram frisk spinat (skyllet)<\/li><li>Lidt olie<\/li><li>2 \u00e6g<\/li><li>300 gram hvedemel<\/li><li>1 pakke bacon i tern (200 gram)<\/li><li>200 gram brune champignon<\/li><li>Salt til at koge pasta med<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gnid indersiden af en gryde med lidt olie (det er for at undg\u00e5 det br\u00e6nder p\u00e5)<\/li><li>Varm gryden op til mellem (5\/9) varme<\/li><li>Kom spinaten op i gryden<\/li><li>Vend spinaten med en madpincet l\u00f8bende<\/li><li>N\u00e5r spinaten er fladet meget sammen og &#8220;dampet&#8221; s\u00e5 tages den fra gryden<\/li><li>Kom spinaten over i et d\u00f8rslag, s\u00e5 det kan k\u00f8le af<\/li><li>N\u00e5r spinaten er k\u00f8let af, presses vandet fra den<\/li><li>Sl\u00e5 \u00e6ggene ud i en lille beholder til en blender<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t spinaten deri<\/li><li>K\u00f8r blandingen til den er helt glat &#8211; typisk 45-60 sekunder p\u00e5 h\u00f8j<\/li><li>Kom melet op i en sk\u00e5l (eller p\u00e5 bordet)<\/li><li>Lav en fordybning i midten af melet<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t spinat\/\u00e6g-blandingen i hullet<\/li><li>Bland det hele godt sammen<\/li><li>\u00c6lt dejen til den bliver en samlet konsistens (tils\u00e6t eventuelt lidt vand, hvis n\u00f8dvendigt)<\/li><li>Kom dejen ind i noget film og kom den i k\u00f8leskabet i minimum 30 minutter<\/li><li>I mellemtiden skylles og hakkes svampene<\/li><li>Varm en sautepande op til mellemh\u00f8j (6\/9) varme<\/li><li>Steg baconstykkerne et stykke tid til de begynder at f\u00e5 farve<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t nu svampene<\/li><li>N\u00e5r vandet er dampet fra svampene og de er stegte, kan der slukkes for panden<\/li><li>Rul pastaen ud p\u00e5 en pastamaskine til tykkelse 6<\/li><li>Sk\u00e6r pastaen i en passende form<\/li><li>Kog nu pastaen i saltet vand<\/li><li>N\u00e5r pastaen er n\u00e6sten klar tages den fra gryden og kommes over p\u00e5 panden<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t 1-2 dl pastavand til panden<\/li><li>Varm nu pastaen med saucen godt igennem mens der r\u00f8res rundt<\/li><li>N\u00e5r saucen d\u00e6kker pastaen er den klar til servering<\/li><li>Velbekomme!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spinatpasta vendt med bacon og champignon er visuelt betagende, smagsm\u00e6ssigt nuanceret og en fantastisk lille ret i sig selv eller en god del af en st\u00f8rre menu.
