Det er en enkelt servering, der giver b\u00e5de kulde og kaffe.<\/p>\n<p>Specielt Lene er helt vild med denne servering, der helst skal laves en del gange i l\u00f8bet af sommeren.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser &#8211; Iskaffe<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 ml skummetm\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>100 ml espresso<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk sukker<\/li>\n<li>8 isterninger med kaffe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de &#8211; Iskaffe<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lav espressoen<\/li>\n<li>Bland sukkeret i espressoen<\/li>\n<li>Kom 4 isterninger over i et glas (som kaffen serveres i)<\/li>\n<li>Kom 4 isterninger i en beholder<\/li>\n<li>Blend isterningerne lidt med en stavblender, s\u00e5 de bliver sm\u00e5 stykker<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld 150 ml. m\u00e6lk og espressoen op i beholderen<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r godt rundt<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld det hele over i glasset<\/li>\n<li>Lav m\u00e6lkeskum af de sidste 50 ml. m\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld m\u00e6lkeskummet \u00f8verst i glasset<\/li>\n<li>Iskaffen er nu klar til servering<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser &#8211; Isterninger med kaffe<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>110 gram kaffeb\u00f8nner<\/li>\n<li>900 ml vand<\/li>\n<li>2 isterningposer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de &#8211; Isterninger med kaffe<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kv\u00e6rn kaffeb\u00f8nnerne og kom dem op i en kaffekande til stempelkaffe<\/li>\n<li>Kog vandet<\/li>\n<li>Kom vandet i kaffekanden og r\u00f8r godt rundt<\/li>\n<li>Lad det st\u00e5 til det bliver koldt<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld nu forsigtigt kaffen over i isterningposerne.
