Der bliver spist mange af dem, men det er en tradition at skulle have de s\u00f8de, karamelliserede kartofler p\u00e5 bordet.<\/p>\n<p>De er ret nemme at lave, s\u00e5 det er bare om at kl\u00f8 p\u00e5 den ene gang om \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>85 g sukker (1 dl)<\/li>\n<li>25 g sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>1 kg pillede, kolde sm\u00e5, faste kartoffel<\/li>\n<li>4 spsk vand (\u00bd dl)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"1\">Dryp kartoflerne af (g\u00e6lder b\u00e5de hvis det er fra glas eller egne der er k\u00f8let ned i k\u00f8leskabet). De skal v\u00e6re kolde<\/li>\n<li>Bland vand og sukker i en sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Varme en pande op med mellem h\u00f8j (7\/9) varme<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t vand og sukker blandingen<\/li>\n<li>Lad sukkeret smelte uden omr\u00f8ring<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t herefter sm\u00f8rret og lad det smelte p\u00e5 panden<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r sm\u00f8rret er smeltet og begynder at bruse op, s\u00e5 er det klar<\/li>\n<li>Kom kartoflerne p\u00e5 panden<\/li>\n<li>Brun kartoflerne i ca. 10 min. Vend forsigtigt i dem ved at &#8220;kaste&#8221; panden.
