Den er overraskende nem at lave og smager super godt.<\/p>\n<p>Kagen bliver n\u00e6sten lavet som en fast del af \u201dmenuen\u201d n\u00e5r vi alligevel har frituren fremme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser &#8211; churros<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gram hvedemel<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk oliven olie<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>400 ml vand<\/li>\n<li>1,5 tsk bagepulver<\/li>\n<li>(fritureolie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser &#8211; kanelsukker<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sukker 2 dl<\/li>\n<li>Kanel 1 spsk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bland de t\u00f8rre ingredienser til dejen i en sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Lav kanelsukker ved at blande sukker og kanel<\/li>\n<li>Varm frituregryden op til 175 grader<\/li>\n<li>Kog vandet<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r vand, olivenolie og de t\u00f8rre ting sammen<\/li>\n<li>Bliv ved med at r\u00f8re sammen til det har en ensartet konsistens<\/li>\n<li>Kom dejen i en spr\u00f8jtepose &#8211; med &#8220;tyl&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Varm olien op<\/li>\n<li>Pres dejen ud i olien &#8211; klip af undervejs.
