Den g\u00f8r sig rigtig godt sammen med andre julesm\u00e5kager, da den ser flot ud p\u00e5 et fad.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser &#8211; kager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>375 gram hvedemel<\/li>\n<li>175 gram sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>125 gram sukker<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk hjortetakssal<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser &#8211; drys<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 gram hakkede mandler<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd spsk sukker<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 spsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e6ggehvide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kom melet op i en sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t hjortetakssaltet og bland godt<\/li>\n<li>Kom sm\u00f8rret op oven p\u00e5 melet og lad det v\u00e6re et stykke tid til det er bl\u00f8dt<\/li>\n<li>Smuldr nu sm\u00f8rret godt ind i melet<\/li>\n<li>\u00c6lt sukkeret ind i dejen<\/li>\n<li>Sl\u00e5 \u00e6gget ud i sk\u00e5len og \u00e6lt det hele godt sammen<\/li>\n<li>Forbered tre bageplader med bagepapir<\/li>\n<li>Rul nu dejen ud til ca. 3-4 mm tykkelse<\/li>\n<li>Stik kagerne ud med et lille glas eller en form og flyt dem over p\u00e5 bagepladerne (gentag trin 8-9 indtil der ikke er mere dej)<\/li>\n<li>Smut og hak mandlerne, hvis de ikke er k\u00f8bt hakkede<\/li>\n<li>Bland de hakkede mandler, sukker og kanel i en lille sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Pensl nu alle sm\u00e5kagerne med \u00e6ggehviden<\/li>\n<li>Drys drysset ud over sm\u00e5kagerne<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e5kagerne er nu klar til at blive bagt<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e5kagerne bages i midten af en forvarmet ovn p\u00e5 200 grader i 12 minutter<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e6t dem p\u00e5 en bagerist, s\u00e5 de kan k\u00f8le helt af<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e5kagerne er nu klar til at blive spist.<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J\u00f8dekager er en super god sm\u00e5kage, der ogs\u00e5 ser rigtig p\u00e6n ud.
