Det bliver jo n\u00e6rmest ikke bedre.<\/p>\n<p>Med en ismaskine er den hurtigt lavet.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Udstyr<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ismaskine (jeg bruger en med kompresser)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gram s\u00f8dm\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>200 gram fl\u00f8de<\/li>\n<li>150 gram sukker<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00e6ggeblommer<\/li>\n<li>1 knivspids salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljesukker<\/li>\n<li>60 gram m\u00f8rk chokolade<\/li>\n<li>1 kop espresso (90 gram)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kom sukker og \u00e6ggeblommer op i en sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Kom fl\u00f8den op i en anden sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Pisk sukker og \u00e6ggeblommer til en stiv masse, hvor det ikke knaser af sukker n\u00e5r piskeriset k\u00f8rers rundt<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t vaniljesukker, espresso, salt og s\u00f8dm\u00e6lk og r\u00f8r det godt sammen<\/li>\n<li>Pisk fl\u00f8den til fl\u00f8deskum<\/li>\n<li>Vend fl\u00f8deskummet op i den anden sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e6nd ismaskinen<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld blandingen i ismaskinen<\/li>\n<li>Hak chokoladen i passende stykker<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f8r nu blandingen p\u00e5 ismaskinen til den er n\u00e6sten f\u00e6rdig (tiden afh\u00e6nger af ismaskinen, p\u00e5 vores tager det ca. 12 minutter)<\/li>\n<li>Kom chokoladestykkerne i ismaskinen og lad dem k\u00f8re med rundt<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f8r isen f\u00e6rdig p\u00e5 ismaskinen (tager ca. 5 minutter p\u00e5 vores)<\/li>\n<li>Kom isen over i en b\u00f8tte med t\u00e6tsluttende l\u00e5g<\/li>\n<li>Kom b\u00f8tten i fryseren i et par timer til den rigtigt s\u00e6tter sig<\/li>\n<li>Isen er nu klar til at blive spist.<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is er en l\u00e6kkerbisken p\u00e5 alle \u00e5rstider, og den er relativt nem at lave.
