Det er dog en noget anden oplevelse end de br\u00f8d, der k\u00f8bes i butikken, s\u00e5 det er ikke en direkte erstatning, men noget der kan g\u00f8res, n\u00e5r der skal g\u00f8res lidt ekstra ud af det.<\/p>\n<p>Ret nemt at lave, og giver lidt et ekstra pift til p\u00f8lser og br\u00f8d.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 ml. vand<\/li>\n<li>25 gram g\u00e6r<\/li>\n<li>750 gram hvedemel<\/li>\n<li>150 gram grahamsmel<\/li>\n<li>75 gram sukker<\/li>\n<li>12 gram salt<\/li>\n<li>75 gram sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>I en sk\u00e5l opl\u00f8ses g\u00e6ren i vandet<\/li>\n<li>Bland begge typer mel i sk\u00e5len<\/li>\n<li>Lad det hvile i 15 minutter<\/li>\n<li>Bland nu salt, sukker og (bl\u00f8dt) sm\u00f8r i<\/li>\n<li>\u00c6lt godt i 5-10 minutter<\/li>\n<li>Lad dejen h\u00e6ve tild\u00e6kket i en times tid<\/li>\n<li>Forbered to bageplader med bagepapir<\/li>\n<li>Kom dejen ud p\u00e5 et bord med lidt mel<\/li>\n<li>Del dejen i to stykker<\/li>\n<li>Rul hver stykke ud til &#8220;p\u00f8lser&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Del hvert stykke i 6 stykker (alts\u00e5 i alt 12)<\/li>\n<li>Form hver stykke til et p\u00f8lsebr\u00f8d og placer det p\u00e5 bagepladen (husk plads til at de kan h\u00e6ve)<\/li>\n<li>Lad br\u00f8dene h\u00e6ve i 1\u00bd times tid<\/li>\n<li>Br\u00f8dene bages nu 15 minutter i en forvarmet ovn p\u00e5 200 grader (UDEN vandspr\u00f8jt)<\/li>\n<li>Lad p\u00f8lsebr\u00f8dene k\u00f8le af p\u00e5 en ris<\/li>\n<li>P\u00f8lsebr\u00f8dene er nu klar til at blive spist<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P\u00f8lser og br\u00f8d er n\u00e6sten altid et hit, og det bliver lidt sjovere, n\u00e5r det er med hjemmelavet br\u00f8d.
