Dog kun som \u201ddrys\u201d og ikke direkte i retterne (da de er spild, her kan de enkelte ingredienser bare kommes i direkte).<\/p>\n<p>Alle urter kan naturligvis bruges, men her er brugt timian, da det smager himmelsk med friske tomater.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 gram (1 dl) friske timian blade<\/li>\n<li>1 dl groft salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><script src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>Pil timianbladene fra st\u00e6nglen<\/li>\n<li>Kom salt og timian op i en minihakker<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f8r minihakkeren et \u00f8jeblik, s\u00e5 ingredienserne blendes lidt og bliver blandet godt<\/li>\n<li>Forbered nu en bageplade med bagepapir<\/li>\n<li>Spred det blandede salt og timian ud p\u00e5 bagepladen i et j\u00e6vnt lag<\/li>\n<li>Bag saltet i en forvarmet ovn p\u00e5 75 grader i en time<\/li>\n<li>Lad urtesaltet k\u00f8le af<\/li>\n<li>Kom saltet i minihakkeren og k\u00f8r det lidt for at f\u00e5 en mere fin konsistens<\/li>\n<li>Urtesaltet er nu klart og kan h\u00e6ldes i en luftt\u00e6t beholder<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt er en fantastisk til at fremh\u00e6ve smagen i mad.
