De er nemme at lave, smager godt og kan varieres i det uendelige med forskellige smage. Nedenfor er der angivet to krydderblandinger, som vi alle kan lide hjemme hos os. Vi har pr\u00f8vet et utal af andre, men det ender tit med, at det er nedenst\u00e5ende, der bliver valgt til aftensmaden.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,25 kg kartofler<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl olie<\/li>\n<li>Krydderblanding 1 (2 spsk citronsaft, 1\/4 dl oregano)<\/li>\n<li>Krydderblanding 2 (1\u00bd tsk t\u00f8rret rosmarin, 1 spsk sennep)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skr\u00e6l kartoflerne<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r kartoflerne ud i b\u00e5de<\/li>\n<li>Kom alle kartoflerne op i en frysepose<\/li>\n<li>Kom olien og krydderblandingen op i posen<\/li>\n<li>Bind en knude p\u00e5 posen<\/li>\n<li>S\u00f8rg for at alle kartoflerne bliver blandet med olien og krydderblandingen<\/li>\n<li>Lad kartoflerne ligge i posen i k\u00f8lekskabet i 30\u00a0minutter (men gerne mere &#8211; eventuelt til dagen efter)<\/li>\n<li>Forbered en bageplade med bagepapir<\/li>\n<li>Klip et lille hul i posen og h\u00e6ld v\u00e6sken fra (den skal ikke bruges)<\/li>\n<li>Kom kartoflerne ud p\u00e5 bagepladen<\/li>\n<li>Bag kartoflerne i en forvarmet ovn p\u00e5 225 grader i 50 minutter<\/li>\n<li>Kartoflerne er nu klar og kan serveres straks<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kartoffelb\u00e5de er en super hurtig og rigtig godt tilbeh\u00f8r til en god k\u00f8dret.
