Det blev til en del eksperimenter. Til sidst fandt vi frem til at vores favorit er en kombination af kartoffel og lidt andre rodfrugter. Det smager godt og anderledes end normalt. R\u00f8dbeden kan godt farve en del, s\u00e5 hvis den r\u00f8de farve er tr\u00e6ls skal r\u00f8dbeden udelades.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lille l\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>1 kg kartofler<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f8dbede<\/li>\n<li>2 pastinakker<\/li>\n<li>2 guler\u00f8dder<\/li>\n<li>40 gram sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk peber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skr\u00e6l\u00a0gr\u00f8ntsagerne<\/li>\n<li>Riv\u00a0gr\u00f8ntsagerne<\/li>\n<li>Bland gr\u00f8ntsagerne\u00a0sammen i en sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld vandet fra<\/li>\n<li>Bland salt og peber i sk\u00e5len ogs\u00e5<\/li>\n<li>Lad det hvile i 5 minutter og h\u00e6ld igen vandet fra<\/li>\n<li>Smelt sm\u00f8ret p\u00e5 en pande<\/li>\n<li>Kom kartoflerne p\u00e5 panden og fordel j\u00e6vnt<\/li>\n<li>Steg i 15 minutter p\u00e5 4\/9 varme<\/li>\n<li>Kom i ovnen i 1 time og 15 minutter ved 200 grader.
