Lene synes den smager lidt for meget af r\u00f8dvin, men for mig har saucen den helt rigtige balance af smagbar r\u00f8dvin uden at v\u00e6re for meget. Den kan klart anbefales og er super nem at lave (selvom den tager noget tid).<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl m\u00f8rk kyllinge- eller kalvefond<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd dl r\u00f8dvin<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd tsk timian<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk peber<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd dl fl\u00f8de<\/li>\n<li>Evt. stegesky<\/li>\n<li>20 gram sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>20 gram hvedemel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Smelt sm\u00f8ret i bunden af en kasserolle<\/li>\n<li>Pisk melet i og r\u00f8r godt rundt<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r rundt indtil det bliver brunt og lugter af popcorn<\/li>\n<li>Kom alle de \u00f8vrige ingredienser p\u00e5 n\u00e6r fl\u00f8de og stegesky op i kasserollen<\/li>\n<li>Pisk meget rundt og\u00a0lad den simre i 30 min<\/li>\n<li>Bland fl\u00f8den i<\/li>\n<li>Kog saucen op i 1 minut<\/li>\n<li>Lad saucen simre i minimum 1 time p\u00e5 lav (2\/9) varme<\/li>\n<li>Pisk eventuelt stegeskyen i<\/li>\n<li>Saucen er nu klar til servering<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Min favorit r\u00f8dvinssauce er Bleekers R\u00f8dvinssauce, som har en helt speciel smag.
