Cookies bliver ikke en fast del af vores madplan, men er helt sikkert en fast del af &#8220;det laver vi da lige&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gram sukker<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljesukker<\/li>\n<li>300 gram hvedemel<\/li>\n<li>1 knivspids salt<\/li>\n<li>1 plade m\u00f8rk chokolade (100 gram)<\/li>\n<li>180 gram sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de &#8211; 18 cookies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kn\u00e6k chokoladen i sm\u00e5 stykker (jo st\u00f8rre stykker, jo st\u00f8rre stykker i de f\u00e6rdige cookies)<\/li>\n<li>Smelt sm\u00f8rret i en kasserolle<\/li>\n<li>Kom sukker op i en sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Kom vaniljesukker og salt op i en sk\u00e5l og bland det sammen med sukkeret<\/li>\n<li>Sl\u00e5 \u00e6ggene ud i sk\u00e5len<\/li>\n<li>Pisk rigtig godt rundt i 3-4 minutter<\/li>\n<li>Pisk halvdelen af melet ned i sk\u00e5len<\/li>\n<li>Bland chokoladestykkerne i (lad dem ligge p\u00e5 toppen, hvis dine cookies skal v\u00e6re m\u00f8rke i farven)<\/li>\n<li>Pisk det smeltede sm\u00f8r i<\/li>\n<li>Pisk straks det sidste mel i<\/li>\n<li>Forbered to bageplader<\/li>\n<li>Tag en stor skefuld med en teske. Form dejen til en kugle\u00a0og placer den p\u00e5 bagepladen (p\u00e5 hver bageplade skal der v\u00e6re 9 cookies)<\/li>\n<li>Gentag til der ikke er mere dej<\/li>\n<li>Bag dem midt i ovnen i 14 minutter ved 200 grader<\/li>\n<li>Lad dem k\u00f8le af p\u00e5 en bagerist i 10 minutter, inden de spises<\/li>\n<li>De kan spises med det samme eller holde sig i 1-2 uger i en kaged\u00e5se<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cookies kan tage flere dage at lave, hvis alle de mange helt rigtige vejledninger skal f\u00f8lges.
