Den smager rigtig godt og er super nem at lave. Den st\u00f8rste ulempe for os er, at vi ikke kan bruge et helt hvidk\u00e5l ad gangen, og endnu ikke er blevet super kreative med k\u00e5l, s\u00e5 det ender i enten for\u00e5rsruller, en wok eller noget helt tredje. Det virker dog OK, og selve colwslaw salaten smager jo fantastisk.<\/p>\n<p>Lene er rigtig glad for den, og det er en af de salater, som Signe spiser mest af.<\/p>\n<p>Nedenfor er vores helt klassiske og super nemme opskrift, som vi har som et element i vores madplanl\u00e6gning.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 hoved hvidk\u00e5l (ca. 200 gram)<\/li>\n<li>4 mellem guler\u00f8dder (200 gram n\u00e5r revet)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1 dl cream fraice<\/li>\n<li>3 tsk sukker<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk st\u00f8dt peber<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd tsk eddike<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skr\u00e6l guler\u00f8dderne og sk\u00e6r toppen af dem<\/li>\n<li>Fjern bladene fra hvidk\u00e5len og skyl dem godt<\/li>\n<li>T\u00f8r hvidk\u00e5len (eventuelt med en salatslynge)<\/li>\n<li>Riv guler\u00f8dderne p\u00e5 et rivehjern<\/li>\n<li>Kom de\u00a0revne guler\u00f8dder op i en sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Snit hvidk\u00e5len fint<\/li>\n<li>Kom hvidk\u00e5len op i sk\u00e5len<\/li>\n<li>Bland de \u00f8vrige ingredienser sammen i en seperat sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Bland saucen over i sk\u00e5len med gr\u00f8ntsagerne<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r godt rundt<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e6t coleslawen til at hvile i k\u00f8leskabet i minimum en time<\/li>\n<li>Coleslawen er nu klar<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En helt klassisk salat til en god burger er coleslaw.
