Indtil da har jeg brugt sennep som tilbeh\u00f8r til mad p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de som en sovs. Men siden jeg f\u00f8rste gang lavede vindaloo-pasta, har jeg brugt sennep til en del ting. Derfor m\u00e5tte det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re tid til at lave sennep selv. Det blev til en del s\u00f8gen p\u00e5 nettet og det endte med, at det jo faktisk er vildt nemt at lave en sennep helt fra bunden.<\/p>\n<p>Nedenfor f\u00f8lger den standard opskrift, som jeg altid har st\u00e5ende i k\u00f8leskabet. Den kan varieres ud i det uendelige for at f\u00e5 lige netop den smag, man \u00f8nsker. Et lille tip er i \u00f8vrigt at k\u00f8be sennepsfr\u00f8 i en helseforretning, da det ellers er super dyrt.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd dl (40 gram) gule sennepsfr\u00f8<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk (10 gram) sorte sennepsfr\u00f8<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk fint salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl koldt vand<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk brun farin<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk hvidsvineddike<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kom sennepsfr\u00f8ene op i en minnihakker eller en morter<\/li>\n<li>St\u00f8d eller &#8220;blend&#8221; sennepsfr\u00f8ene til s\u00e5 fin en konsistens, som \u00f8nskes (jeg laver den semi grov)<\/li>\n<li>Bland alle de \u00f8vrige ingredienser sammen<\/li>\n<li>Kog eventuelt senneppen kort, hvis smagen skal v\u00e6re mindre skarp &#8211; jeg g\u00f8r det ikke<\/li>\n<li>Kom senneppen p\u00e5 glas<\/li>\n<li>Lad den st\u00e5 i mindst 1\u00bd d\u00f8gn i k\u00f8leskabet inden den bruges<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sennep er en ingrediens som jeg f\u00f8rst i l\u00f8bet af de sidste \u00e5r har f\u00e5et \u00f8jnene op for.
