Det er super nemt at lave og hele familien kan lide det. Signe er specielt glad for det, n\u00e5r der bliver serveret et godt stykke bacon til (som p\u00e5 billedet).<\/p>\n<p>Retten serveres ikke kun n\u00e5r vi har g\u00e6ster, men er ogs\u00e5 en fast del af vores madplan i weekenderne, n\u00e5r vi har en hyggedag derhjemme.<\/p>\n<p>\/Dann<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">7 \u00e6g (360 ml)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>130 ml m\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk friskkv\u00e6rnet peber<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk olie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sl\u00e5 \u00e6ggene ud i en sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Pisk \u00e6ggene lidt sammen<\/li>\n<li>Pisk salt, peber og m\u00e6lk ned i sk\u00e5len<\/li>\n<li>Varm en pande op til middelh\u00f8j (6\/9) varme<\/li>\n<li>Kom olien p\u00e5 panden<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r olien er varm, h\u00e6ldes hele blandingen p\u00e5 panden<\/li>\n<li>Under l\u00f8bende omr\u00f8ring varmes \u00e6ggene igennem til de bliver faste i konsistensen<\/li>\n<li>Panden tages af varmen<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r\u00e6ggen er nu klar til servering<\/li>\n<li>Velbekomme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00f8r\u00e6g er en klassisk del af en brunch hjemme hos os.
